  • I had my baby 4 weeks ago. I’d like to start exercising now. Is that OK?

Our program is recommended for mothers at least 6 weeks post-partum and who have been cleared by their physician for general exercise.

 

  • How old should my baby be?

There is no age limit for toddlers but they should be able to sit reasonably happily for 50 minutes in a stroller. 🙂

 

  • Should I bring anything to class?

Enthusiasm for sure, Water definitely, snacks and a towel if you wish. Beverage & snack for baby absolutely, favorite baby toy recommended. Exercise equipment will be provided.

 

  • Do I need to bring a jogging stroller?

A Jogging-type stroller is not necessary. We’ll cover short distances on pretty even ground.

 

  • How much is the class?

The series are all low- to no-cost, depending on the site. Check the “Where We Heart Mama’s” page for site specific fees.

 

  • Is the class offered in languages beside English?

Si, Se habla Espanol.

 

  • It looks like it’s going to rain. Will there be class?

Class will be held rain or shine. In the case of very inclement weather please look for signs of what room the class will be held in indoors.
